Margot Esther Borden, PhD
Margot Esther Borden, PhD, has been working internationally as a psychotherapist since 1986.
Margot discovered yoga and Indian philosophy in her childhood and meditation a few years later. This sparked her dedicated exploration of the physical, vital, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of human consciousness spanning nearly 30 years. Her search has involved both research and direct experience of many psychological and spiritual traditions, experiential therapies, as well as Eastern meditation and yogic techniques. Margot offers a therapeutic accompaniment which calls upon our inner intelligence and desire for congruence and self-mastery bringing us toward the realization of our true potential. Her therapeutic work is aimed at resolving life difficulties, developing self-understanding, self-acceptance and inner awareness thus inviting the emergence of our higher Self.
Margot completed her training in breath work in Paris in 1986 and her Master of Arts in Humanistic Psychology at the University of Durham in the UK in 1997. She speaks English, French, Italian, Hindi, and Spanish.
Some of Margot’s publications include:
