Heartistry Return Policy

At Heartistry, we truly value our customers, and your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes returns are unavoidable, and we want to make this process as simple and seamless as possible. In order to ensure a smooth return experience, please carefully review our return policy guidelines detailed below.

Time Frame for Returns

If you find it necessary to return your product, please initiate the return process within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We accept returns for the following reasons only:

Please note that we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or personal preference.

Refund or Exchange Options

For approved returns, we are pleased to offer a full refund for the purchase price of the item. At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges for returned items.

Return Process Overview

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our support team by emailing connect@soulwrx.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with any relevant photos, if applicable.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and respond with further instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
  3. Please package your return item securely, including the RMA number and a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation email.
  4. Ship your return package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our support team.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded, except in the case of defective or damaged items. Heartistry cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 7-10 business days.

Restrictions and Exceptions

Please note that some products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Digital downloads
  • Custom or personalized items
Additionally, please ensure that the returned item is in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and materials, and any supplied accessories, including labels and tags.

We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund if a returned item is found to be used, damaged, or not in compliance with our return policy guidelines.
